    Debicheck for Capitec

    Our helpful guide can assist you to approve your DebiCheck mandate with Capitec through mobile banking as well as USSD.

    Banking app

    1. You will receive an SMS from Capitec asking you to approve a mandate.
    2. Open the Capitec mobile banking app (Android | iOS) and enter your PIN.
    3. A message will appear stating that you have pending DebiCheck mandates to approve.
    4. Select “Accept/Decline DebiCheck” From the list of DebiCheck debit orders, select the one you wish to action.
    5. Accept or Decline the Debicheck mandate.
    6. A confirmation of your choice will be displayed.

    USSD

    1. You will receive an SMS from Capitec asking you to approve a mandate.
    2. Dial 120 3279#
    3. Select option 8: “Approve Debicheck”.
    4. Select option 1 to continue.
    5. Select option 1 to approve, or option 2 to decline.
    6. Read the relevant disclaimer and select option 1 to continue.
    7. Enter your mobile banking PIN to Approve or Decline the DebiCheck debit order.
    8. A confirmation of your choice will be displayed.
