Some qualifying disabilities result in a 100% payout, after which the benefit ends. Others qualify for a 50% payout, with the remaining 50% still available for a future qualifying claim.
A 6-month deferred period applies to Disability Cover. This means the disability must continue for at least six months before the insured person becomes eligible for the benefit payout.
This benefit only covers specific qualifying disabilities and does not cover every illness or injury that may affect the insured person's ability to work.
